Care that only some people can reach is not infrastructure. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility standard and want to hear where we fall short.
We review the website and Platform against WCAG 2.2 Level AA as surfaces change, including keyboard access, focus visibility, labels, contrast, zoom, reduced motion and screen-reader structure.
Care itself is offered in the format that fits you: Sign, Voice, Text and more. Accessibility settings carry across the Platform rather than resetting on each surface.
Documents a Practitioner or an Organization uploads are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. Where a third-party component falls short of our standard, we replace it rather than wait.
